Affiliate Agreement

Affiliates may promote creator products where the creator enables affiliate promotion. Affiliates are independent promoters and are responsible for lawful, truthful, and compliant marketing.

Commissions depend on creator commission settings, attribution rules, cookie window, completed payment, refund status, chargeback status, and fraud review.

Affiliates must not use spam, misleading income claims, fake scarcity, deceptive testimonials, unauthorized brand bidding, malware, impersonation, or prohibited messaging methods.

Affiliates must complete required KYC and payout checks before receiving funds.
