This Privacy Policy explains how LevelSell collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use the platform. It applies to creators, affiliates, customers, administrators, website visitors, webinar attendees, product buyers, course students, and people whose details are submitted through LevelSell tools.

Creators using LevelSell may also act as independent businesses that collect and use customer data through their own forms, funnels, campaigns, products, webinars, storefronts, communities, and automations.

We may collect account information such as name, email address, password credentials, role, business name, plan, profile details, security settings, session details, and support requests.

We may collect business and tool data such as contacts, tags, form submissions, funnel activity, webinar registrations, product access, course progress, campaign activity, automation events, storefront records, affiliate records, payment references, payout requests, analytics, and notifications.

We may collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from network data, log data, page activity, cookies, session identifiers, and error reports.

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, manage sessions, provide dashboards, power CRM records, process form submissions, run funnels, manage products and courses, deliver webinars, handle automations, show analytics, process payments, manage payouts, and provide customer support.

We may also use information to prevent fraud, enforce terms, investigate abuse, improve reliability, monitor deliverability, manage provider limits, maintain audit logs, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, or regulatory obligations.

LevelSell uses Bachs for supported one-time checkout and Paystack for recurring billing, with Paystack and Flutterwave supporting NGN routes. Stripe is retained for existing payout destinations and historical webhook reconciliation. LevelSell stores payment references, transaction status, checkout metadata, payout status, commission records, and wallet balances needed to operate platform payments. We do not need to store full card numbers in LevelSell.

If you use email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging features, LevelSell may process recipient contact details, message content, campaign status, delivery events, consent signals, unsubscribe records, and provider responses.

Creators are responsible for having permission to message their contacts and for honoring opt-out, unsubscribe, privacy, and regional marketing rules.

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, operate security controls, measure usage, and improve product experience.

We may share information with service providers that help operate LevelSell, including hosting, database, email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment, file storage, analytics, support, security, and AI providers.

We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, to respond to valid legal requests, to complete business transfers, or to enforce platform terms.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide LevelSell, operate accounts, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

LevelSell uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account data and platform records. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on your location and relationship with LevelSell, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information.

LevelSell and its providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and provider processing.

LevelSell is not intended for children. Users must be old enough to form a binding agreement or have valid authorization from a parent, guardian, or organization.

We may update this Privacy Policy as LevelSell evolves. We will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice for material changes.
