Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing LevelSell, or using any LevelSell tool, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use LevelSell for a business, brand, team, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that entity.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account or use the platform.

LevelSell provides tools for creators, affiliates, customers, and administrators. These tools may include CRM, funnels, forms, webinars, products, courses, storefronts, payments, wallet and payouts, affiliate promotion, email, WhatsApp, SMS, automations, analytics, and related business features.

Some services depend on third-party providers such as hosting, payment gateways, email providers, messaging providers, file storage, analytics, and AI services. Availability may vary by plan, region, provider limits, compliance requirements, and platform settings.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. LevelSell may require email verification, two-step authentication, session limits, fraud checks, or other account protections.

Some LevelSell features are free, while others require a paid subscription, transaction fee, usage allowance, or admin-enabled entitlement. Paid tools may include email campaigns, WhatsApp or SMS messaging, webinars, automations, AI features, integrations, payment unlocks, and other provider-backed features.

Plan names, pricing, feature access, limits, commissions, and availability may be updated from the admin dashboard.

Creators are responsible for the content they upload, sell, deliver, or promote through LevelSell. This includes digital products, courses, webinars, downloadable files, communities, messages, landing pages, forms, funnels, offers, and product claims.

You must own or have permission to use all content you publish.

LevelSell may connect to external payment providers such as Stripe, Flutterwave, Paystack, or other supported providers. Creator payouts may be subject to platform commissions, payment provider fees, refund windows, chargebacks, fraud checks, tax or identity checks, minimum payout thresholds, and admin review.

Creators may allow affiliates to promote eligible products and set commission rules. Affiliates must promote products truthfully and must not use spam, misleading claims, unauthorized brand use, fake scarcity, fake testimonials, or prohibited advertising methods.

If you send email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messages through LevelSell, you are responsible for having proper consent and for following applicable messaging, privacy, anti-spam, marketing, and platform rules.

You may not use LevelSell for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized data collection, deceptive offers, harassment, intellectual property infringement, payment abuse, platform scraping, or attempts to bypass plan limits, security controls, or provider rules.

Your use of LevelSell is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Creators are responsible for the personal data they collect from their customers, leads, attendees, affiliates, and community members through their own tools.

LevelSell aims to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, paused, limited, or removed where needed for security, compliance, provider changes, product improvement, or platform stability.

LevelSell may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk for customers or the platform, fails required checks, abuses payment or messaging systems, or causes legal, security, financial, or reputational risk.

LevelSell is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the platform will guarantee revenue, conversions, deliverability, audience growth, webinar attendance, payment approval, or business results.
