LevelSell may act as a platform provider and processor for creator-managed customer data, while creators may act as independent controllers for their leads, customers, webinar attendees, students, and community members.

LevelSell processes data to provide platform tools, security, hosting, payments, messaging, analytics, automations, support, and compliance controls.

LevelSell uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect platform data.

LevelSell may use hosting, database, payment, messaging, storage, analytics, support, security, and AI providers as subprocessors.
