Messaging and Consent Policy

Creators must have proper consent or another valid lawful basis before sending email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messages to contacts.

Creators must honor unsubscribe, opt-out, stop, delete, and suppression requests. LevelSell may provide unsubscribe and consent tools, but creators remain responsible for lawful use.

Users must not send spam, deceptive offers, phishing, malware, harassment, unauthorized promotional messages, or messages that violate provider rules.
